Why hasn't my order shipped?
There can be many reasons why your order might not ship within 1-2 days. Because we ship all of our items directly from multiple warehouses, the shipping time frame can be longer than our standard 1-2 days. If there is an item that usually takes longer than our standard time frame, we will provide that time frame on the item detail page, right above the SHARE button marked Usually Ships within. This availability time frame is the best time frame we can provide you for this item, and the time frame will be reflected on the delivery estimate provided to you on the email confirmation that will be sent to you once you place and order.
Why does the item say the Availability is days from today?
Because we ship all of our items directly from multiple warehouses, the shipping time frame can be longer than our standard 1-2 days. I got an email stating my item is out of stock, now what?
If this circumstance arises, we will automatically cancel your order, process the release of the funds being held for the order by your bank and email you about the cancellation. In some cases, we may have a replacement item that is similar, exactly the same but with new design or an upgrade. If we do have a replacement item we will advice about your item being out of stock, and advice about the similar item you may choose to receive instead. If the suggested item is an upgrade to the original item, we will upgrade at no cost to you.
We take extra precautions so our inventory is as accurate as possible to minimize out of stock orders. In certain times of year, especially during the Holidays, we are receiving hundreds of orders at once, and can result in inventory not being updated on our website as fast as they are being sold. We hope you understand these circumstances, and we pledge to let you know as soon as possible when your order is out of stock, if there is a replacement item, an estimated time of arrival, or if your order has been canceled.
I received an email stating that my item has been delayed, should I be concerned?
We usually never hold an order as a Back Order, but there might be circumstances when the item you purchased is expected within the next couple of days. If it will be later than the estimated time of shipment on your confirmation email, we will email you concerning the delay. If the delay will be weeks after the estimated ship day, we will cancel your order. You should not be concerned about these types of delays unless the purchase is time sensitive, so then you can contact us for further details about the delay.
How are shipping charges calculated for orders?
Shipping charges on an order are calculated by qty of items and the package weight. Orders with multiple products will have the weight combined and calculated based on the total package weight. For further details visit our shipping details here.
Where’s my Stuff?
If you received an email confirmation that your order has been shipped but you have not received anything, we strongly recommend you sign in and track your package. If you have tracked your package and it shows delivered, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Where is my refund?
Refunds usually take about 7-10 business days to process. In some occasions we may take longer than 10 days to process the refund, because of the volume of returns in our warehouse. This is mostly after the Holiday Season, where it can take up to 3 weeks to process. We make every attempt to process refunds as quickly as possible, so please be assured that you will have your money back at the earliest time possible. Once your item/s is/are refunded in our system, it can take up to 5 business days to be deposited in your account. That time frame can be greatly affected by your bank.
I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?
Because we have multiple warehouses in the US, your order is not guaranteed to ship in one package. If the item detail page states different shipping time frames for the different items, it usually means they are shipping from different warehouses. You can contact us so we can look further on the issue.
Can orders be shipped Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air?
Although we do provide expedited shipping options for most items, not all items are available for these options. If you want to place an order and it is time sensitive, please contact us so we can make sure we can deliver your items by the time you need them.
Can orders be shipped out of the United States?
No, unfortunately licensing agreements prevent orders from being shipped intentionally, this includes US territories like Puerto Rico.
